When On The Green set out to open an indoor golf destination in Blaine, Minnesota, G4 Construction Management turned a vacant 9,262-square-foot retail shell into a full entertainment venue — nine state-of-the-art golf simulators, a bar, a restaurant, and room for guests to gather — all under the pressure of a hard, season-driven opening date. Brought in by the Kraus-Anderson Realty property team, G4 ran the project design-build and paired with Wilkus Architects to keep design and construction moving in step, delivering a new commercial kitchen, all-new underground plumbing with a grease trap, and a new fire sprinkler system while engineering the space to avoid added cost and permitting delays. The venue opened on schedule on December 6, earned a 2024 MSCA STARR Awards nomination, and the client came back to G4 to add three more simulators — the kind of repeat work that only follows a project done right.
