G4 Construction Management completed an 11,000-square-foot commercial daycare renovation for Jardín Spanish Immersion Academy in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. The tenant improvement transformed an existing corporate space into a bright, functional early-learning environment with infant and nursery rooms, large-motor activity spaces, a commercial kitchen, and an outdoor playground.

Through early preconstruction planning and careful coordination within an occupied building, G4CM addressed structural, mechanical, and scheduling challenges while delivering the project on time and within budget. The completed facility provides a durable, welcoming space that supports Jardín’s Spanish immersion programs, students, staff, and families.
